Visitor's travel to US concurrently within a gap of 3-4 weeks

My parents-in-law have a 10 year Visit Visa with Multiple Entry.

My mother-in-law is planning to visit us from March thru early Sept and be back with us in October for another 6 months. This is to facilicate help for us.

Have there been any issues with immigration before for concurrent trips with a gap of few weeks (about 3 weeks)? Does anyone have any experiences and issues? Please advise.
