after getting visitors visa

My parents got visitors visa on 19th jan and they are planning to travel to US in May. Is there any time limit for them to travel after getting visa?

That depends on the length the visa is valid for. If they got a 6 month visa, they will need to travel within 6 months (they will have to reach the US on or before the date of expiry stamped in the passport)
