This is in query to the use of the I-134 Affidavit of Support. Based on the information read over the internet it is stated that this form can be used to sponsor a close relative such as parents, brothers, sisters and in-laws, etc.
In this regard, may i please be informed if this type of form can also be used to sponsor a close family friend? Should this document be applicable to a close family friend, what are the other requirements which maybe deemed necessary as proof of relationship of the sponsor to the visitor.
