Hi,
My parent's visitor visa has been rejected because of the potential
immigrant reason. They have visited three times to USA and do not have any intention of staying here permanently as my Father has to take care of my Grand Mother. When they visited last year we have filed for extension beyond 6 months mentioning that they need to travel to see some places in East coast but the extension got rejected.
My Dad has mentioned that they filed for extension to the consulate
officer and showed them the notice of receipt for extension application
but it did not help. Any suggestion on how to proceed further on this issue and what is the best time for them to re-apply again along with what we need to say the consular office etc. is appreciated.
Thanks
