Hi,
We have ten year multiple entry USA visitor visa and are in USA. We are supposed to leave on or before 14th March 2007 as per I-94 stamping. We have to visit USA after about a month at a different place. We have to travel back to India and come back the same distance which is tedious. Will there be any problem in our visit after about a month in our own country.
Can we re-enter USA in the alternative way given below:
We will visit Canada and stay with our friends for about a month and then come back to USA.This on the assumption that we get Canadian visa in USA.Will there be any problem in such re-entry to USA?If anyone has experience please let us know.
