Taking appointment in English or Telugu

I am making appointment for my parents. My Father knows is fluent in English , but my mother does not know.
Is it Ok to make Group Appointment in English, since my father can handle the interpretation.

Or Do you suggest to make appointment in Telugu only.

Please advice me on this.

you can go for English. he can act as a translator when questions asked to ur mom
