Emergency Visa

Sir/Madam ,

My wife is usa citizen, she is living in usa new york, she is pregnant, she is having delivery next month, i want to visit her on emergency basis as she is living alone and no one there to take care of her in these days.

Guide / suggest me what i have to do for the said purpose!!
