Hi,
I found your website very informative. However I have a question if you’d be able to help me out.
My mother has a 5 yr multiple visit visa which will be expiring on March 10th, 2007. Now the situation is that I am pregnant and undergoing high risk pregnancy this time. I already have 2 kids and my due date is April 1st, 2007. I really need my mom to be here with me as I am alone and need help to care of my other 2 kids too. Now If my Mom arrives in US on March 1st, would there be any problem with the immigration on the airport? As it says on your website that the duration for which the person can stay depends on the I-94 and not on the visa expiry date. So is it possible that they can issue her an I-94 for at least 3 months?
Just to let you know, she’s Pakistani Citizen.
I will appreciate your help in this matter.
