    Hi,

I filled in the DS-156 forms for my parents and then downloaded them to take printouts.

And there seem to be discrepencies between what I filled out in the form and what the downloaded version shows me. For example:

    1. While filling in Q.20 that asks for the name and address of present employer or school, I wrote None/NA.

However in the downloaded version that section is shown as blank.
Just want to confirm that this is how it is for everyone.

    2. Similarly, in Q. 37 which requires information about specific relations in the U.S. and their legal status, I chose 'Daughter' in the drop down section that mentioned son/daughter/both.

However, the downloaded version DOES NOT specifically indicate the choice made of 'Daughter'. It only shows 'Yes' and the legal status.

Do I then need to type in 'Daughter' again?

    3. Finally, if that daughter is a doctoral student and her status is that she has an EAD with her I-485 pending. So what is the best way to mention that in the limited space available next to Q. 37?

    1. That's fine.
    2. That's fine.
    3. Adj. of Status.
