Urgent Please help

My parents visa got rejected yesterday at Chennai consulate and rejection reason was 214 (b). I would like to reapply visa for them. I am wondering which of the following options are good.
• Schedule interview for both mother and father at the same time
• Schedule interview for mother and father separately?
Which one you guys think is a good idea. Please advice.
