Sponsor B2, I dont have H1 stamping...

Hello All,
I am trying to sponsor Visitor Visa(B2) for my parents, I have been on H1 for the last 1 1/2 year. But there might be an issue, I dont have a H1 stamping in my passport. I have a F1 stamping, but i has expired. I have all the pay stubs.
I just never left the country and i didnt get my stamping yet.
Will this affect my parents application ?
Also, in the letter from by bank, is it necessary to show the average balance for the last 6 months. Can i just show the current balance. I understand that showing an average balance makes a stronger statement.

It is not mandatory that your H1 Visa has to be stamped. A copy of I-797 would be enough for you to sponsor Visitor Visa.

Regarding Bank Balance, It is required to show average balance for last 6 months and this letter has to be issued by bank.

My 6 months average will barely make it into 4 digits.
Is that not bad.
