Parents Visa rejected 3 times. going for 4th time

Hi,

I am extremely disappointed. My parents visa has been rejected 3 times (2001, 2002 nd 2006). They are going for their 4th interview soon but am very worried that they might not get it thistime also. My parents have an unmarried son in India, have a house worth more than 1.5 crores but still they are getting rejected (214b)

Any suggesions will be helpfull.

If they dont get it this time then I will wait until I become a US citizen and apply for their green card. I should be becoming a US citizen by this year end. Its so unfortunate that for a simple visit I will have to file a GC for them. They dont want to stay here.

Please pray for their Visa.

Why did they not use the strategy of applying and travelling one at a time?

i dont think my mom will be able to travel alone. She doesnt know english and also is not aware of how to make her way around the whole process of international travel.

My parents got visa last week in second attempt. They little bit worried first time and they are able to answer confidently in second time. Just try prepare income certificate with CA with value in Rs as well in $. they can include ur property also, just have to say they are responsible for all ur properties in india.
tell them they have 2 sons one in india one in USA.

I found confidence is the key.

they asked my parents:
1. why u didn't get visa last time?
They didn't tell the reason, gave form with 214(b)..VO laughed itseems.
2. kids?
2 daughter in india, 1 son usa. they again asked all 2 daughter in america?
my mother told them 2 here 1 there (signalling as they don't know english)
3. income tax?
father said formers won't file income tax but I have income certifcate. showed and they impressed with
4. asked ration card?
just saw the front, may be for photo id... father worried that shows 23k per annum income
finally they got it....they went for seond attempt with a 3 mnth gap.

Pl. don't loose hope. We had a similar experience....But finally got the Visa approved yesterday.....
This is 2nd time for my dad and 3rd time for my Mom. Finally by God's Grace... They got their Visa.....
