Hello All,
First of all thank and praise god for this site and the info on this site.
my mother's visa got refused and reason being
in her DS-156 application it is ticked marital Status is Divorced, when the VO asked the same, my mom said Seperated and insisted seperated.
till that time questions were good and it was going well.
i just want to say that please make sure what is written in the application.
my question is when we apply again.
do i have to write a letter to consulate saying that it was confusion and also should i get the divorce certificate.
please advise
