My aunt visa got rejected in july 2005, with a reason that she is comming to US for taking care of my daughter (214b). But My daughter was already going to day care, and still continuing.. (3 year old)
Now my aunt is going again for interview. When the VO ask the reason for Denial, what should the aunt say?
Also I have a receipts and Day care letter saying my daughter is with them for more than a year now.
(My aunt is having a home business of clothes (sarees) and is widowed with no children. )
Please reply what questions she may face and what should be the answer
