Applying vistors visa for my parents

I am planning to apply for vistors visa to my parents , frist i filled the 156 & 157 forms for my mother then i added my father as second applicant then i filled 156 form , but i don't see form 157 for my father....do we need 157 for my father too...how to do that????? can any one help me???...please

If your father is above 55, DS-157 is not required.
