H1-B Sponsor OR Self-sponsor for parents

Hi,
I am in a dilemma and need help from you guys. My parents are planning to visit me in spring. My parents have been rejected earlier when they self-sponsored themselves. Now i am in a dilemma whether i should sponsor them as i am on H1-B OR they should self-sponsor themselves. My dad has a business and mom is housewife. Please reply with your expert comments and thanks for taking time to read the post. Also, if i sponsor them, what are the documents i need to mail them...thanks

Thanks immihelp for inputs. Can you please tell me what documents i have to send them? Also, I-134 if its notarized from the bank...will that work...thanks

It can be notarized from the bank too.
In my case, I got it notarized from a local notary center
