hi guys

my cousin has just finish his interview today the interview was too short and the consulor didnt read all documents neither take a look .
and he just said :
sorry sir we cant issue a visa for you right know & he give him a letter that we cant issue a visa for you now , still need some process we will call you within 3 weeks and you have the right to call the embassy after 6 weeks .
what is that mean ???
is that mean that visa has been approveed or what ???
also , do we need to make another interview , bring same documents ????

Most likely it is background check.
(administrative processing)
which means if you clear the check you will get the visa.

What is the visa that he applied for?
Is he in a sensitive area of work like the army, nuclear science,
or the likes?

thank you peace he dont have any skills in army, nuclear science, such stuff

and he is applying for the visa to take the CPA examination already scheduled exams
