I am applying for US visitor visa's for my mom and dad. I have already paid the fees and accordingly started with applying online forms. I first filled-in form for my mom (age 54 yrs) and she was asked DS-156 as well as DS-157 forms. However when I am applying for my dad (59 yrs), it does not ask him for a DS-157 form. What may be the reason? Is this right?
Pl Note: while filling the forms online, I first filled-in my mom's application and then started adding my dad's application by clicking the button "Add Applicant" just so that they are applied together for interview. Does this process have to do anything with DS-157 not asked for the Second applicant?
