Visa appointment system problem. Plz.. help

Hi,
I am trying to take visa appointment to my in-laws, I entered the information and saved it and when I about to confirm the appointment, I don't see any interview dates. But When I check the avaialability I see dates in Feb, and March. Is this bug in the appointment system or am I doing any thing wrong. Please someone let me know. If this is bug is there any workaround for this problem.

yes, for telugu language.
I also tried just now to take an appointment which is open in March 6th, I deleted and entered the information of my father-in-law and again I try to enter the information for my MIL but it didn't let me add her information, but it let me take an appointment for my FIL. It's too buggy system. I am really frustrated with it. This is almost my 4th time filling forms.
I really appreciate if you can let me know the solution.

Once you delete the information you can only add another applicant if there is a date available. So check if "English" dates are available, proceed for confirmation, add the second applicant and exit out of the process.
