Need help , parents are going for interview

Hi,

My parents are going for visa interview in telugu ,Chennai. This is the second time they are going, for the first time they got visa for 6 months as my father was working at that time, now he is retired , we want to bring them here again. They got visa in 2004 stayed with us for 4 months and went back to India. Again they are going for visa interview.Can any one please advice , about interview questions and answers my parents have to give.

They should be prepared like the first time. SInce he is retired, it is a negative factor. Do they have any children living with them in INdia?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, We are two kids and my brother is in India now, recently he had girl baby and my father has house in India and he gets his pension.I really want to bring them .Anyway thanks.

Receiving pension is a very strong point that is in their favor.Make sure they take all the documents related to it.

Thank God. My parents got visa . The questions asked was,

Q.How may kids do you have?
My father: two kids.
Q. Do you have any property in India.
My father: Yes, house cost Rs> YYYY XXxxxx

Q. Do you get pension and how much.
My father: yes, and amount Rs

They said visa granted.
They didn't look at the documents.
