Name on the Visa stamp--URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

My parent's visa application was apporved and we have received stamped passport. But in my Mom's case when the passport was being issued the name on passport had my maternal grandfather's name (mother's dad) instead of my father's name. So we had gotten that changed now on the last page of her passport there is a note that says "hence forth please read the given name as <Surname> <Mom's name> <My father's name as middlename>" which is the correct name. But the given name on first page still has my maternal grandfather's name it was not changed by passport office.
Hence now in the Visa my Mom's name appears as
<Surname> <Mom's Name> <my maternal grandfather's name>.

Now the Question is that will this create any issue when she comes to US or should we approach the US counsulate for this. And if yes how to do it?
