Few Questions on Visitor Visa

I am sponsoring for my in-laws to visit US. I have gone through the documentation on this website and need suggestions on below.

1. My in-laws are retired employees and they don't have any property on their name ? What should they show in support of reason to return back to India.

2. My Wife is pregnant now. If officer asks about this , Should my In-laws be true to officer ? I mean ..should they say YES OR NO ?

3. Myself and wife both are employeed here, if officer asks about what my in-laws do if we go to office ? What should be the answer ?

4. Is it better to sponsor by my wife only or should we do it jointly ?

5. If we are inviting jointly , Any letter addressed to USCIS should be on both the names or should we document one for each ?

Always answer the truth to Immigration officials. If you LIE and if consular officials find out they WILL NEVER be able to visit the U.S
