Original Birth certificate

Hi

Iam sponsoring my IN-laws.One of the requirement is orgiinal birth certificate of my spouse.
My wife does not have a original birth ceritficate from Muncipal authority in india.

Her parents have the letter given by hospital at time of birth,.It shows the details of birth.
Also there is ration card where her name is mentioned along with them.

Are these 2 proofs sufficient as a replacement for birth ceritficate.

Please reply me soon.the interview date is 13th march.
