Ds-156 -questions

I did a search but did not find solutions for the questions:

Q.16 - I have filled only Home phone number for my mother.
business phone number, mobile/cell and other numbers are NA but there is no way I can enter this information. Now the downloaded version shows blank. Is it OK? or Do I need to fill it up with pen.

Q. 20 - The downloaded version shows blank - I think this is OK.
Please confirm.

I had the same thing in my parents DS-156...however, they got their visa....so I guess it should not be a problem....
