10yr Visitor visa

I'm on H1 and will go back to India in 2008 when my visa expires. I am sponsoring my parents 10 yr visitor visa. I have a sister on H1 here, can my parents visit her on the visitor visa that they will have or will my sister have to apply for another visitor visa for them ?

If your parents are applying to visitor visa and you are here there is no need to mention about your sister and incase they r applying when ur H1 has exhausted then they can show your sister's.Once they have got visa it doesnt matter ur parents visit u or ur sister.

Rule #1:- DO NOT LIE TO THE CONSULATE OFFICIALS. When they go for their visa interview ALL IMMEDIATE RELATIVES LIVING IN THE U.S will have to be disclosed on the application form. If the VOs find out that you have NOT disclosed all the relavant facts they will be permanently be denied a visa. If I disclose my sisters presence in US, so would I need some papers from her also? What documentation would be needed?

If you have enough money/ resources to sponsor then no papers are needed from your sister. But your parents should be aware of her status job etc in case any questions are asked.

Your parents can go anywhere in USA once they are granted a visa. They dont need anything from your sister to be able to visit her.
