We are only 2 children both my sister & I live in US & I came to US 9 months ago on H1B & I am getting married in April 2007. My sister is here for the past 6 years & my brother-in-law is here for the past 8 years. He is on H1B extension. I will get my spouse on H4 & at the same time I want to sponsor a visit visa to my parents. I will have to take my spouse on a tour & along with her I want to take my Parents as well which would save me much time & money as well. My sisters family want to move back to India next year. Before they move we all want to tour in US along with our parents. The fact is that my Mom got visa rejected thrice & my Dad got rejected twice long back in May 2004 & Dec 2005 for which my brother-in-law sponsored. My Dad is working in an Engineering College for the past 28 years & he has his retirement after 4 years. We really don’t know the reason for rejection. We got good financial back ground in India. My question is to whom to send first (Parents or Spouse) to the interview. Please guide me.
Can I send my parents before I come to India then get married & later send my Spouse. In case my parents visa get rejected is it going to impact on my spouse or what if I send my Spouse & Parents at the same day different time. I really have a bank balance of 13000$. Is it sufficient to sponsor all the three.
