I am not understanding how to register. I am retired Govt.service
employee and having 55 years. It is requested your goodself to clarify the
following doubts and how to get tourist visa approval.
1. My wife not issued five times and myself is w2times toursit visa under
sec.214(b)between the period from 2001 to 2006. Because
we told all facts that our three childres were at usa and one daughter is
in India who is yet to marry.And also one son also yet to marry.Having old
father and widowded sisters and her childens and poor brothers who are
purly depends on me.
We are also having good fixed properties and having bank balances.
But the VO is still suspecting us as we might not return back to India.
In my DS-156 form 1st time I written as I am retired(VRS).2nd time I
written as I am doing home food business and cultivation in my own
land.This is fact also. Even it got not granted.
Now, Sir, again we are trying our luck in April,2007.
Kindly advice us how to fill DS-156 in present employment column.Recently
I got small part time job in small private firm also.In addition to the
parttime job, I am doing cultivation in my ownland and doing small
homefood business from my house.
How can I satisfy and justify VO that I will return to India ?
