Visitor visa @ mumbai consulate

Hi,

My parents are planning to visit me & my wife in near future. They are living in Madhya Pradesh. In which consulate can they schedule their interview?

When i selected state as "Madhya Pradesh" on site www.vfs-usa.co.in, it showed both mumbai and delhi consulate dates.

Also, heard that for mumbai consulate, one has to appear in person to drop appointment letter and visa forms these days. Is it true ?

Drop of visa papers

Yes, It is true that in bombay u have to go 5 working days before the interview to drop few papers, in person. U can also send some of ur relative.. but someone has to hand over the papers.
