Visitor Visa for my Spouse Aunt & Uncle

I am sponsoring visa for my wife Mom's siter and her husband. We both are working here. My wife's parents can not come here as her father is physically unhealthy ( can't walk) and needs to be taken care by her MOM.

What are the chances of getting visitor visa in such cases..

As we both work here, is it better for my wife to sponsor the visa instead of me or should we jointly sponsor ?
