hi all,

most prob i will be applying for visitor visas in april, as my bro is graduating in may. He will be sending me letter from his collage to take part on graduating day, pls anyone tell me what doc should i carry while applying for visa, and how much bal is necessary to show in my bank acct?

ya i m married, but no kids, working as lawyer and i myself will be paying for trip...

The purpose of your visit(brother's graduation) is not natural and not advised.
No one expects a young lawyer to leave his work and go all the way to US just to attend a graduation ceremony.

If you and your wife are going on a 2-3 week vacation, that is still
ok. Or if you are going to attend a seminar/conference , it is very valid.
You must change your purpose of visit so it looks natural.
