Hello Everyone, I work (L1B visa) for a reputed consulting firm.
I want to sponsor my brother on a visitor's visa to the US. He is 36 years old and unmarried. He has his own business, he did his 9th standard, has my retired father and unmarried sister to look after in India. He has some property and bank balance for himself in India. He has never visited any other country in the past.
In the past I have also sponsored by father to US and he has a 10 Yr multiple entry visa. The question I have is - given my brother currently status, if I sponser him for a visitor visa, what are his chances of getting it.
Please help me with your inputs and guidance. If he has even 40% chance of getting it, I would love to give it a try.
