1 year tourist visa granted

My mother(widow) was issued a one year validity visitor's visa from Kolkata consulate in Feb 07. I am currently on H1B and sponsored her. My wife is US citizen and I have a married sister in India. The VO asked a lot of questions about my wife and family, my sister, her properties etc. She was well prepared and answered to their satisfaction through an interpretor.
