In-Laws Visa rejeted three times

Hello friends,

Irrespective of all the documents, my in-laws visa rejected three times between 2003 and 2004. They kind of lost interest to appear for interview again. However we are planning to send them one more time (to Chennai consulate).

Any guidelines/precautions for our next attempt? Someone suggested to get a letter from congressman / senator. How far it will help and what is the process to get it?

Recently my wife converted from H4 to H1. I am on my 7th year of H1.

No offence, but you should have consulted someone before letting them re-apply so many times.

Describe in brief, their situation in India, employment,income, finances, and children in India. How many children in US?
