  • Reapply Question

My Parents went to Chennai Emb on Jan 11th 2007 and got rejected because me and my brother live here. We have a married sister in india too. My mom retired-pensioner and dad doing business/farming. My brother has green card and i m in H1b visa. My brother sponsored last time. We have planned to take appointment for my mom alone sometime in last week of march 2007. My dad is not going for interview the interview as he is not interested to come to US anymore.

    1. My question here is should my brother send all documents again (as its only 2 months since the last time) ?
    2. Should i also send documents this time ? ( last time VO asked couple of times to my parents "about me" in the interview like "Will you see your second son" )

Please give me yr feedback/answers friends. Personal advice/tips will also help. thanks a ton in advance.

Is your dad earning enough through his business? Rs 50k/m or above ?

And if this income is documented by balance sheets or tax returns, your mother should say her husband is spending for this trip and one of you should only send an invitation letter.

      Thanks Peace

No He doesnt earn that much. He makes a around 5 to 10k per month and my mom gets around 5,6k per month as pension. They dont have sufficient bank balance also.

Should my brother send a new set of 134 and other documents. For the last appointment he sent it on Jan 2007. But this time my mom alone is going. So should he send all the documents again ?

Thanks for yr time. Please let me know.

It is better to mention that your mother will visit both the sons. And this time you alo send an invitation letter. If possible on I-134 mention as if you both are going to take care of the expenses.
