Hi There,
I want to apply for my parents visit visa. My H1-B is expired in January 07 for the first time and before expiration I already recieved a reciept of renewal from USCIS in Nov 06. The status of H1-b approval is still pending from last Oct 06
Can I apply for my parents visit visa by showing 'reciept of renewal of H1-B'? OR i can only apply for parents visit visa after getting the approval of H1-B and after getting the final documents of H1-b?
Please assist. You help will be greatly appriciated.
