Visa appointment letter?

Hello,
My mother has her interview coming up in next 4 days. I had given my sister's e mail address ( she is in Inda) in the DS-156. We still have not received any e mail or letter for appointment confirmation. However I have taken the print out from the VFS website. Is that enough or should I call VFS and confirm? Please somebody reply.

That should be ok

VFS wont sent any email separately confirming the appointment. When you booked the appointment online, you should have got a confirmation letter with time,location etc. That letter should be enough. If you dont get a email, select the option "Download details of a confirmed appointment" and download 156 and the confirmation letter.
