Hello all:
My parents have a visitor visa coming up in few weeks and their interview appointment is schedued to be in telugu. I have couple of wuestions regarding this and I would greatly appreciate if someone and answer my questions.
1. My father can speak english but has problem in understanding the accent. So would you guys advice to completely depend on the interpreter or can my father talk directly to the VO?
2. I took a group appointment and on the interview letter the sr. no given are 35 & 36 instead of 1 & 2. Would this be a big deal, if so whom should I contact?
3. Last year my parents visa got rejected based on both children residing in US. At that time my parents were sponsoring themselves. Now I am on H-1B and I am sponsoring them. So do you think this would be considered a significant change in applicant status since then?
Regards,
UK
