Please help answer this questions - Urgent thanks

I am planning to go to India and bring my old mother to USA since she can not travel by herself. I am just planning to go to India for 1 day. IS there any minimum stay required in India before custom/immigration officials let you board the flight back and come back to US?

I am an Indian citizen and US GC holder.

There is no such minimum. You can come back same day if you want.
