Hi, i have an indian passport, i'm married to a UK citizen, and have a child in the UK with my husband, i'm currently on a 2 year marriage visa in the UK.

Would their be any problems in getting a tourist visa to visit America with my husband?

We don't have many financial documents, except the fact my husband has a business in his name with his parents, but we don't have much in the way of savings (as most of the money is in our parents account).

Would a marriage certificate, my childs birth certificate, be enough to take to the interview?

Anyone forsee any problems?

Any experiences at the London Embassy?

Only issue I see right now is the financial one. Since your entire family (in-laws) are in UK ties dont seem to be the issue. But you will need to show enough finances to support your stay in the USA.
If all the money is in the name of your parents then they can sign the I-134, affidavit of support.

Your kids would need a visa to if they are accompanying you.
