How to apply for Visit Visa for my parents,I'm having TN Visa working in USA ?

I want to apply for Visit Visa for my parents in India, I'm Canadian citizen working in USA on TN Visa status.According to the immigration rules is TN Visa person can apply for the visiting visa for the parents who are in India.Can anybody help me out to find solution for my situation

Visitor visas are applied by the individual him/herself. Not their sons, not a company, not a friend, not nobody... Just the person who will receive the visa.
