last name mispelled on VISA - Reply soon

My aunt last name was mispelled as "Singhji" in passport.
We made correction through the passport office again as "Singhi" with stamp on it.

Now the VISA also states a wrong last name again as "Singhji"

Is this going to be trouble ? Is there a way to correct the last nam on VISA ?

Also the Ticket should be booked in what name ?

Go to the USA Embassy & get it rectified. The Name on Viosa Should be as it is on Passport & ticket has to be booked in same name as writetn in passport.
