BELOW are my details
Am indian I am in Uk fron 2005 on student visa .
I appeared for B2 visa interview in London US embassy ,my purpose of trip was to take exam but unfortunately I was denied visa under section 214 (b ) .
I showed the following documents in interview
-college enrolment for 2007 -2008 academic year
-college leave letter to write exam
-ATT (exam hall ticket )
-Bills
-bank statements
The following are the questions consular asked me
consular : how long you are statying here in Uk
me : from 2005 ,
consular :where are you studying from 2005 is it same college or different
ME :different college
consular :where is your previous college
ME :I was very tensed and took out my previous college certificate and handed it over to consulr showing him the college address on certificate .
consular :so you want to go to take exam and this exam is conducted only in US
ME : YES .
He said give me some time to check your details and then came back with a rejection letter ,I told consular that my course has just started and am in 1 st semester and I would certainly come back to finish my course ,he said am sorry I dont think your course would bring you back to UK .
Now am in india and am very confused whether I can apply from here or not .
since I was in Uk from 2005 I had some bank statements and bills to show to consular but now I came to india so please tell me what tie ups I can show from India .
I also have emloyer sponsor letter which says that employer would apply H1 for me this april ,and in that letter my company has requested consular to give permission to me to come over to US to take the exam .
I have taken admission into a PG diploma course in UK for 2007 -2008 and I have extended my UK student visa ,only to have strong point and thought that consular would think it is my strong tie up but it dint worked out .
please advise me what should be the documents I should take this time ,
can I just include details about my employment and take offer letter ,as I already was rejected and as I have not included about this job offer last time ,will that be having negative impression .
My employement letter says that they would file me for H1 2007 and course admission letter says my course duration is 2007 -2008 ,which one be best to show this time .
I would be waiting for yor reply eagerly .
