Visitor Visa-H1B sponsor

Hi All,

I am on H1B and recently my parents got visitor visa for 10years multiple entry. They want to come to US in July’07
Now I would like to change my employer(in Apr’07).
If I transfer my H1B to some other employer(change the employer)
1. will my parents visa be valid or not? (bz they got the visitor visa from my old H1B ).
2. Will they have problem at port of entry by showing my old H1b Petition, and pay stubs?
3. If my parents shows the new H1B petition, new paystubs at port of entry will it be ok?

Pls suggest me me on this. I really appreciate your help..

yes still valid

no problem and be prepared to show documents from new company also
3. If my parents shows the new H1B petition, new paystubs at port of entry will it be ok?
