URGENT: verification of forms upon subission

when you submit your forms for the mumbai consulate do they actually verify your forms? i mean make sure there are no omissions or errors? or is that done by the VO at the time of your interview?

It is the responsibility of the applicants and/or the person who fills up the form for the applicants to check the form for mistakes or omissions. I guess if you have any questions about what answer to fill in in a certain question or how to make a correction in a printed out application, you can ask somebody at the visa application center.

But the consulate has no time to check your form for you and suggest changes or corrections. If the consulate finds a mistake or omission in the application, all they do is reject the applicant.
