Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for your email.
Since the applicant could not attend the interview appointment at the stipulated time, he needs to visit the nearest VFS application centre two working days after the interview date with his original passport, interview letter, HDFC receipt and a letter stating the valid reason for missing the scheduled appointment.
If you have a substantial reason to prove the same, the receipt can be re-activated.
Before visiting the application centre for reactivation, kindly call the helpline number 022 66547600 in order to confirm their status failing which the applicant might be turned back from the application centre.
