    I took an appointment for my parents. As I need to reschedule the appointment, I cancelled the earlier one. When I tried to reschedule after cancelling the exisitng appointment, the system is not allowing me to do.
    It is giving me the error message as "Select ‘Exit’ button and contact our help line for further information.". This is my first cancellation. Can anyone please suggest what would be the problem.

    how long before your appointment date did you cancelled the appointment?

      Thanks for the response.. We have one more month for the appointment to my parents.. Its mid of april..
