U can Settle in this Country only thru proper Rules. Not Illegally. Get out of this country u stupid A..h..e. Just because of culprits like you our parents are not getting their genuine visas.

raj behave .... i m not asking to settle illegally, if i had to do that i could have done that long back,
i liked the country and i feel like settling here so wanted to know LEGAL WAYS to settle in here.
I am holding a CPL/IR (Commercial Pilot License / Instrument Rating) with Frozen ATPL, but did not accumulated 1,500 hours of flying hours to convert it to a full ATPL license In spite I m engaged in my father business of aeronotical part (bent almn.) exports

A fast way of getting a green card for people who have businesses in their home countries is to open a branch of their business in US , run it for one
year (either from home country or from US on an L1 visa) and then apply for green card under EB 1 category. EB1 has no backlog and is current ,so it is fast.

Since you are in US , talk to a good attorney detailing your dad's business
at home and he/she will guide you how to go about the paper work, finances required in opening a branch of your dad's business in US.

actually i cant open my branch office here as we dont have any dealing with us clients at the moment.
we export to middle east countries, my brother has started a garment export house in jakarta, an dis supplying to usa. i think i can join him as a director and open a office in ny
