Urgent help needed- vistior visa for sister

Hello,

I am planning to invite my sister-in-law(age37) and her daughter(age10). What should I mention in the invitation letter:
1. About my wife’s pregnancy and delivery
or
2.Tourism

They are self sponsored(buying their own ticket and medical insurance), should I mention that I will bear local expenses in USA like food, local travel etc

NO mention of pregnancy/delivery ; it is suicidal.
Do not mention about any expenses in the letter; when they say
they will self=sponsor it covers everything.

Is she your sister's sister? THen your wife should send the invitation letter and not you.
