urgent: tracking passport

i cannot get a hold on my parents after their interview today but when i look to track their passport it says:

You interview is scheduled for 20 march at 0830. You can track your passport after the interview.

Its now been 9 hours since their interview? what shd i assume from this message?

Please be a little patient and wait till you hear from your parents or until the passport tracker is updated.
And when you hear from them please update us all on how the interview went.
