Visitor Visa - Urgent help neede - please

Hi:

Due to health reasons, i have overstayed my Visitor visa BY more than about an year now.
I am planning on returning to India, here very soon.

My question is will there be any problem at the airport at security check or immigration check, while returning...as i was out of status ?

Please help ASAP !

No. There is no immigration inspection at US departure. They do not care since you are leaving anyway.You will have to deposit your I 94 with the airline staff or sOme airports at the US VISIT machine.
